Tam Anh General Hospital (Oncology Center)

Bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Anh (Tam Anh General Hospital) is a Vietnamese private hospital system founded in 2007, now running several high-technology hospitals and clinics in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (including Tâm Anh Hanoi and Tâm Anh Ho Chi Minh City), with an oncology centre operating in both cities.

The hospital is building a new 1,000-bed general and cancer hospital in Phú Mỹ Hưng, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (expected to be completed around 2028), which will house the first proton therapy system in Vietnam.

In February 2026, the Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology Centre at Tâm Anh Ho Chi Minh City became the first unit in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern region (public or private) to achieve ISO 15189:2022 accreditation for diagnostic imaging.

The first proton therapy system in Vietnam — Mevion S250-FIT (seated position); the partnership was announced in 2026 and the system is expected to be installed in early 2027 at the new Phú Mỹ Hưng cancer hospital.
