Icon Cancer Centre Mackay, part of Australia's Icon Group, has provided cancer care to the North Queensland community since 2018, from 148 Sams Road, North Mackay.
Medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and clinical haematologists work together on one site, so patients can receive radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and treatment for blood disorders close to home.
The centre has an eight-chair day oncology hospital, an on-site pharmacy, and PET-CT and CT imaging.
